We built Visual Status for Facebook as a fun and interactive way to view your friends' statuses. Visual Status creates a string of random photos from Flickr that are tagged with the words in your status. You can then share it with your friends and see what their status is in pictures.
Note: We are using Flickr’s Safe filter to restrict content to approved, non-offensive material; however, there is sometimes a delay between an image being posted and when it is flagged as inappropriate. If you notice any inappropriate content you can choose another picture by editing your visual status. Also, feel free to let us know the word associated with the picture and we will remove it.

Thanks Jason for the input. It might be cool to leave those as just words since a lot of the fun is trying to guess what the status is

I love the idea! It’s a lot of fun to see your status in pictures, and what better place to find pictures than Flickr?
One suggestion for improvement: Try to be smart about which words to put into pictures. Nouns, verbs, and some adjectives work well for pictures, but words like quantifiers (some, all, many) are unlikely to find a good match on Flickr.
