Social bookmarking service del.icio.us is a great way to save and share information with everyone on the web. Dogear is part of IBM's social software offering for companies, and does pretty much the same thing – save URLs with note and tags – behind the firewall. The del2dog utility converts all your del.icio.us bookmarks to a file you can import to Dogear, and still have all your notes and tags.
