IAWE helps accountants with too much work find and work with qualified professionals who have capacity.
Finding and keeping qualified help is accountants’ number one problem. Many accountants are also challenged with growing their practice or getting more work. IAWE is designed for these two parties to find and work with each other. Accountants with too much work can either 1) create tax or accounting or other projects for professionals to apply for, or 2) search for accountants based on geographical or professional criteria.
Requirements
You don’t need anything to sign up. Just go to workexchange.intuit.com. Then you can:
- Use this free-to-use test (now available)
- Register on the site and create your profile
- Create a project – tax, accounting, or other – for other accountants to apply for
- Search for and engage accountants to help with your needs

It seems that the work that is posted gets a lot of replys - when the position is filled, how does the employer indicate that on the site? Is there a way for the employer to send info to all who have responded at once?

I love this idea! Staffing has been one of the top 5 issues facing accountants for years. I’d love to a way for an accountant who has too much work to evaluate a candidate who needs work - not just a connection, but a quality connection.
